Shipping + Local Pickup Policy

Shipping

  • Processing times is 5-7 business days (7-14 business days new releases, holidays and sales)
    • Orders are NOT processed on weekends or holidays
  • Shipping time will take an additional 3-7 business days for U.S. orders. We currently do not accept international orders. 
  • Due to staff shortages you might experience some delays in your order being processed. Please be patient with us while we get your orders out as soon as possible.
  • Please do not email us about the status if your order if it is still within the processing and shipping time frame. 
By purchasing from Kane Collective HI your package is automatically insured up to the contents value. 
  • if your order tracking says “Delivered” and you still have not received your order. Please contact the shipping provider immediately. They should be able to locate your package for you. If they cannot, a claim will need to be filed as soon as possible.
  • Kane Collective HI is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged parcels inflicted by shipping carriers
We are not responsible for incorrect addresses.
  • If you have put in the wrong address at checkout and your package is sent back to us, you will have to cover the fees to reship the order.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at Lexbreezy Hawai'i Boutiques:
  • Lexbreezy Kailua, 16 Kainehe St #A, Kailua, HI 96734
  • Lexbreezy Ala Moana, 1450 Ala Moana Blvd, Mall Level 2, Mauka Wing

 Local pickup orders are fulfilled at our warehouse and take 3-5 business days to process. Same day pick up is not available.

Please wait to receive email confirmation that your order is "Ready for Pickup" before picking up your order.
